摘要
老年医学的核心不只是治疗疾病,更强调维持和恢复老年人的躯体功能、关注老年人的心理健康,进而提高生活品质.四川大学华西医院老年医学中心围绕老年医学的核心理念创建6个特色医疗单元,在特色医疗单元的临床实践教育中,引入叙事医学开展人文教育,旨在让人文精神回归医学教育,培养"有温度"的老年医学科医生.
Abstract
The core of geriatric medicine is not only to treat diseases,but also to maintain and restore the physical function of the elderly,pay attention to the mental health of the elderly,and then improve their quality of life.The Center of Gerontology and Geriatrics of West China Hospital of Sichuan University created six characteristic medical units around the core concept of geriatrics,and introduced narrative medicine to carry out humanistic education in the clinical practice education of featured medical units in order to allow the humanistic spirit to return to medical education and cultivate"warm"geriatric doctors.
