摘要
肾间质纤维化(RIF)是糖尿病肾病(DN)进展至终末期肾病的不可逆因素.慢性炎症是 DN-RIF 发病机制的关键原因,NOD 样受体热蛋白结构域相关蛋白 3(NLRP3)炎症小体作为重要的炎症调节因子,可通过炎症反应、氧化应激、自噬等机制促进DN-RIF 的发生.本文对NLRP3 炎症小体与RIF 发生发展的机制及传统中药针对 NLRP3 炎症小体为靶点对 RIF 的治疗作用作一综述,以期对未来治疗 RIF 提供帮助.
Abstract
Renal interstitial fibrosis(RIF)is a crucial and irreversible element that speeds up the advancement of diabetic nephropathy(DN)to end-stage renal disease.DN-RIF,which is mostly caused by long-lasting inflammation,is greatly affected by the NOD-like receptor thermal protein domainassociated protein 3(NLRP3)inflammasome.This inflammasome plays a crucial role in trig-gering inflammatory reactions.The inflammasome has a significant impact in worsening DN-RIF by triggering processes related to in-flammation,oxidative stress,and autophagy.This paper thoroughly analyzes the role of the NLRP3 inflammasome in the development of RIF and explores the possibility of traditional Chinese medicine in specifically targeting this inflammasome to reduce the severity of RIF.The primary objective is to promote progress in treatment approaches for the management of recurrent RIF.
