婴幼儿血流感染空肠弯曲菌1例并文献复习

摘要
空肠弯曲菌(Campylobacter jejuni)广泛存在于家禽肠道,是全球范围内广受重视的人畜共患食物源性病原菌,主要引起人类和牲畜急性胃肠道感染.空肠弯曲菌导致的肠外感染较为少见,本资料报道1例空肠弯曲菌导致婴幼儿血流感染病例,并加以相关文献复习,以提高临床对空肠弯曲菌的认识.
Abstract
A common food-borne pathogen causing zoonosis globally,Campylobacter jejuni mostly causes acute gastrointestinal infections in humans and livestock.It is found in the intestines of poultry.Extraintestinal infection caused by Campylobacter jejuni is rare.In order to enhance clinical knowledge of Campylobacter jejuni,this paper reports on a case of newborn blood flow infection and examines pertinent literature.
