A Case Report of Hepatic Injury in a Patient with Chlorine Poisoning Caused by Voriconazole
Objective To analyze the causes,mechanisms and influencing factors of drug-induced liver injury caused by voriconazole,and to provide a reference for the diagnosis and treatment of drug-induced liver injury.Methods Following chlorine gas poisoning,a patient developed a secondary fungal infection.Clinical pharmacists assisted in the patient's care.Results By combining the patient's medical history with the properties of the prescription,clinical pharmacists helped physicians diagnose,evaluate,and treat acute liver injury.Conclusion Clinical pharmacists participating in diagnosis,treatment and drug monitoring can reduce the harm of adverse reactions and improve the safety of clinical drugs.
