Research Progress on Antiviral Mechanism of Effects of Traditional Chinese Medicine Preparations against Viral Diseases
As a traditional medicine,traditional Chinese medicine has rich pharmacological active ingredients and has significant prevention and control effect on viral infection.In particular,in the treatment of COVID-19 in China,antiviral drugs and traditional Chinese medicine preparations have played a vital role.These traditional Chinese medicine and its preparations with its unique overall effect and multi-level,multi-target,multiple pathway characteristics,effectively inhibit the replication of the virus and diffusion,and its curative effect is not affected by virus mutation and too much,to prevent virus infection show obvious advantages,in recent years,the study of Chinese medicine antiviral mechanism has made some progress,Chinese medicine antiviral mechanism there still has many problems to be discussed,such as TCM antiviral activity of substance basis,targets and mechanism of action,etc.The screening of effective TCM antiviral ingredients and the evaluation of their pharmacological efficacy are important directions for future research.Through in-depth review of relevant literature books,this paper summarizes the Chinese medicine preparations with antiviral active ingredients based on the antiviral mechanism of action,in order to provide theoretical basis for the research and development of antiviral Chinese medicine preparations and provide reference for the clinical application of antiviral preparations.
