Research on the Influence of Scientific and Technological Talents on Manufacturing Technology Innovation in Henan Province:Based on the Perspective of Talent Development Environment
The panel data of 26 manufacturing industries in Henan Province from 2010 to 2021 were selected to investigate the influence of scientific and technological talents on the technological innovation of manufacturing industry from the perspective of talent development environment.It is found that scientific and technological talents can effectively promote the technological innovation of manufacturing industry in Henan Province,and the conclusion is still valid after robustness test and endogeneity treatment.Industry heterogeneity test shows that scientific and technological talents can effectively promote the innovation of low-tech industries in Henan Province,but have no significant impact on high-tech industries.The threshold effect test shows that the policy environment has a single-threshold effect,and when it is greater than the threshold value,the scientific and technological talents have a stronger promoting effect on the technological innovation of manufacturing industry in Henan Province.The innovation environment has a double-threshold effect,and when it is greater than the second threshold value,the scientific and technological talents can promote the technological innovation of manufacturing industry in Henan Province.The institutional environment has a single-threshold effect,and when it is less than the threshold value,the scientific and technological talents have a stronger promoting effect on the technological innovation of manufacturing industry in Henan Province.
