摘要
中央经济工作会议指出:"必须把推进中国式现代化作为最大的政治."加快建设现代化产业体系,离不开金融与产业的高质量融合发展.本文认为,坚持政治性和人民性是金融与产业高质量融合发展的逻辑起点;尊重市场意识、遵守契约精神、尊重发展规律是金融与产业高质量融合发展的基本原则;补齐短板、打通堵点、守正创新是金融与产业高质量融合发展的有效手段;增强双向黏性、提升产业吸引、激活发展韧劲是金融与产业高质量融合发展的必要通道;强化金融监管、加强法律建设、防范系统性风险是金融与产业高质量融合发展的重要底线.
Abstract
The Central Economic Work Conference emphasized the imperative of prioritizing Chinese-style modernization as a major political objective.Accelerating the development of a modern industrial system is intricately linked to achieving high-quality integration between finance and industry.This paper argues that upholding political and popular nature serves as the logical foundation for achieving such integration;respecting market consciousness,adhering to contractual obligations and abiding by developmental laws are fundamental principles guiding this process;addressing deficiencies,overcoming obstacles and embracing innovation represent effective strategies for attaining high-quality integration between finance and industry;enhanced bi-directional stickiness,improved industry appeal and activated developmental resilience are essential conduits for the high-quality integration of finance and industry;strengthening financial supervision,strengthening legal construction and preventing systemic risks are important bottom lines for the high-quality integrated development of finance and industry.
