摘要
新型工业化是党和政府在总结过去七十多年工业化历程经验的基础上,结合当前科技革命新趋势和中国特色社会主义新目标,科学研判提出的伟大理论创新.本文从高质量发展、自主创新、数实融合、绿色低碳、开放循环、共同富裕等方面概括出了新型工业化的时代特色内涵,并提出了数字技术、数据要素、产业安全可控等新特征,进一步构建了推进新型工业化的三大体系,即以自主创新为核心打造高水平科技体系、耦合数据要素构建链群产业体系、坚持绿色低碳构建和谐共生体系.
Abstract
New type industrialization means that the Party and the government,on the basis of summarizing the experience of the industrialization process over the past 70 years and combining the new trend of scientific and technological revolution and the new goal of socialism with Chinese characteristics,have scientifically researched and proposed great theoretical innovations.This paper summarizes the characteristics and connotation of the new industrialization from the aspects of high-quality development,independent innovation,integration of data&reality,green&low-carbon,open circulation,and common prosperity.Also puts forward new features such as digital technology,data elements,and industrial safety&controllability,which further constructs three major systems to promote the new industrialization.That is to build a high-level science and technology system with independent innovation as the core,a chain industrial system with coupled data elements,and adhere to green and low-carbon to build a harmonious symbiosis system.
