摘要

随着全球一体化和可持续发展的深入,以海外商标注册为代表的品牌国际化行为已然成为我国制造企业"走出去"的重要途径.本文基于全球品牌数据库2011-2021 年我国制造企业的海外商标注册的数据,实证检验了品牌国际化对企业绩效的影响;在此基础上,探究了企业社会责任在品牌国际化与企业绩效之间的调节作用.研究表明,品牌国际化对企业绩效产生了显著正向的影响,并且这种影响在不同产权的企业之间存在异质性;企业社会责任在品牌国际化与企业绩效之间发挥了重要的"声誉调节效应",而这种作用在国有企业中显著,在非国有企业中不显著.

Abstract

With the deepening of global integration and sustainable development,brand internationalization represented by overseas trademark registration has become an important way for China's manufacturing enterprises to"Go Global".Based on the data of overseas trademark registration of Chinese manufacturing enterprises from 2011 to 2021 in the Global Brand Database,this paper empirically examines the impact of brand internationalization on corporate performance,and on this basis,explores the moderating role of corporate social responsibility on the relationship between brand internationalization and corporate performance.The results show that brand internationalization has a significant positive impact on firm performance,and this influence is heterogeneous among enterprises with different property rights,and corporate social responsibility plays an important"reputation moderating effect"between brand internationalization and firm performance,and this effect is significant in state-owned enterprises but not in non-state-owned enterprises.
