制造业数智化能力提升:发轫理路与实践路径
Manufacturing Industry Digital Intelligence Capability Improvement:Starting Theory and Practice Path

摘要
现阶段,制造业是深入推进我国高质量发展的重要产业载体,数智化能力是制造业运用数智技术实现转型的核心能力.本文在梳理有关制造业数智化能力的文献基础上,构建"产品—企业—产业"数智化能力分析模型,开发数智化能力评价指标,并实证检验测量量表的可行性.鉴于此,基于"微观—中观—宏观"视角,从模式转型、战略转型与生态转型三个层面出发,探究制造业数智化能力提升的路径,以期加快推动我国制造业高质量跨越式发展.
Abstract
At present,the manufacturing industry is an important industry carrier to further promote Chinese high-quality development strategy,and the digital intelligence capability is the core ability of the manufacturing industry to realize the transformation by using digital intelligence technology.In this paper,based on the literature on the digital intelligence capability of manufacturing industry,the analysis model of"product-enterprise-industry"digital intelligence is constructed,the evaluation index of digital intelligence capability is developed,and the feasibility of the measurement scale is empirically tested.In view of this,based on the perspective of"micro-meso-macro",from the three levels of model transformation,strategic transformation and ecological transformation,the paper aim to explore the path to improve the digital intelligence capability of manufacturing industry,and accelerate the high-quality leap-forward development of Chinese manufacturing industry.
