In the era of digital intelligence,the rapid development of information technology makes the internal and external environment increasingly complex and changeable for enterprises,while the traditional risk management and internal control methods are difficult to adapt to this rapidly changing demand.This paper aims to explore how enterprises can improve the accuracy of risk identification and assessment by using advanced technologies such as big data,artificial intelligence and cloud computing,optimize the internal control process,and build a flexible and efficient internal control evaluation system under the background of digital intelligence.The research scope mainly focuses on the risk management and internal control of enterprises and institutions.Through the review of relevant research results domestically and abroad,this paper analyzes the application status and development trend of digital and intelligent technology in the field of risk management and internal control,and puts forward corresponding strategic suggestions,in order to provide effective guidance and support for enterprises,help enterprises better cope with the challenges of the digital and intelligent era,and realize sustainable development.
