摘要
雷电活动给输电线路的安全稳定运行造成了严重的影响,雷击是造成输电线路跳闸的主要原因之一.通过一起特殊的输电线路雷击跳闸事件,发现了输电线路带电部位与杆塔构件空气间隙不足的隐患.运用机载激光雷达对辖区内设备进行排查,找出类似隐患并针对性地进行治理和改造,避免了此类事件再次发生,为行业内解决类似的问题提供了有效方案.
Abstract
Lightning activity has a serious impact on the secure and stable operation of transmission lines and lightning strike is one of the main causes of transmission line tripping.Through a special lightning strike tripping event of a transmission line,the hidden danger of insufficient air gap between the live parts of the transmission line and the tower components is discovered.Airborne LiDAR is used to inspect equipment within the jurisdiction,similar hidden dangers are identified and targeted treatment and renovation are carried out to prevent such incidents from happening again,which provides effective solutions for solving similar problems in the industry.
