摘要

变压器的安全、稳定运行决定了电网的安全运行和供电的可靠性,变压器冷却装置能降低变压器运行温度,使绝缘油迅速冷却,达到降低变压器温升,选择最适合变压器的冷却方式,保证变压器正常运行的同时降低运行与维护成本.当前的研究多聚焦于一种冷却方式下的变压器温度场仿真,尚未聚焦于不同冷却方式下变压器经济运行成本,本文利用有限元仿真,从各冷却方式下变压器的运行温度出发,结合文献支持与现场调研计算各冷却装置的检修维护成本以及变压器风险成本,提出了一种计及冷却方式的变压器经济性计算方法,希望对电厂后续的运营以及改造有指导性作用.

Abstract

The secure and stable operation of transformer determines the secure operation of power grid and the reliability of power supply.Transformer cooling device can reduce the operation temperature of transformer,quickly cool the insulation oil,and achieve a reduction in transformer temperature rise.Choosing the most suitable cooling mode for transformer can both ensure its normal operation and reduce operation and maintenance costs.Current research mostly focuses on simulating the temperature field of transformer under one cooling mode,and has not yet focused on the economic operation costs of transformer under different cooling modes.The simulation of transformer temperature field under different cooling modes has not received much attention,and there is little research combining software simulation with transformer economic operation.Finite element simulation is used in this paper to calculate the maintenance cost and transformer risk cost of each cooling device based on the operation temperature of transformer under various cooling modes,combing with literature support and field research.A transformer economic calculation method considering cooling mode is proposed,hoping to provide guidance for the subsequent operation and renovation of power plant.
