Photovoltaic power generation and wind power generation are the two most important ways of renewable energy power generation.However,due to the great uncertainty of time and space in these two power generation methods,the application and research of energy storage systems are of great significance to reduce the rate of solar abandon and wind power abandon.Based on the system model,with the minimum total cost of all-day operation as the objective function,the power allocation of the hybrid energy storage system and the external power generation device is carried out by using the particle swarm optimization algorithm,and the power allocation results are obtained,which verifies the role of the energy storage device in improving the consumption rate of solar energy and wind energy.
