因硫族化合物作为超级电容器电极材料具有电容性能高、循环寿命长等优点,研究制备了 CoxSey/Co3S4 纳米复合材料并系统地探究了其电化学性能。作为超级电容器电极材料,CoxSey/Co3S4 纳米复合材料在 1 mA·cm-2 的电流密度下,面积比电容可达到 7 161。4 mF·cm-2;组装的CoxSey/Co3S4/NF//AC(NF为泡沫镍,AC为活性炭)非对称超级电容器,在 2。5 mA·cm-2 的电流密度下,面积比电容为 1 989。1 mF·cm-2;组装的CoxSey/Co3S4/NF//AC固态电解质超级电容器,在 15 mA·cm-2 的电流密度下,面积比电容为 1 746。2 mF·cm-2;而且串联器件表现出了典型的电压放大特征,并联器件表现出典型的电容放大的特征。总之,研究不仅展现了CoxSey/Co3S4 纳米复合材料在电化学储能领域的应用潜力,也为构筑新型电化学储能材料提供了新的途径。
Synthesis of CoxSey/Co3S4 nanocomposites and their performance in electrochemical energy storage
Chalcogenides have advantages of high capacitance performance and long cycle life as electrode materials for supercapacitors.CoxSey/Co3S4 nanocomposites were prepared and their electrochemical properties were systematically studied.As the electrode material of supercapacitors,the area specific capacitance of CoxSey/Co3S4 nanocomposites can reach 7 161.4 mF·cm-2 at a current density of 1 mF·cm-2.The assembled CoxSey/Co3S4/NF//AC asymmetric supercapacitor has an area specific capacitance of 1 989.1 mA·cm-2 at a current density of 2.5 mA·cm-2.The assembled CoxSey/Co3S4/NF//AC solid-state electrolytic supercapacitors have an area specific capacitance of 1 746.2 mF·cm-2 at a current density of 15 mA·cm-2.Moreover,the series device exhibits typical voltage amplification characteristics and the parallel device exhibits typical capacitive amplification characteristics.In conclusion,this study demonstrates the application potential of CoxSey/Co3S4 nanocomposites in electrochemical energy storage,and provides guidance to construct new electrochemical energy storage materials.
