摘要

针对传统织物清洗技术去污效果差、洗涤周期长、化学试剂消耗大等缺点,提出一种常温常压、清洁高效的介质阻挡放电(DBD)等离子体干法去污技术,实现不同织物上色素污渍的高效去除.以类胡萝卜素污渍为研究对象,围绕不同材质的织物开展 DBD 等离子体去污研究,系统考察了等离子体气氛、处理时间、污渍种类等因素的影响.结合系列表征技术研究织物表面元素组成、官能团、形貌、粗糙度等参数的变化规律,讨论可能的反应机理.研究表明,DBD等离子体能够在不损坏织物的前提下高效降解和去除类胡萝卜素类色素污渍.

Abstract

In order to solve the problems of conventional fabric cleaning methods such as poor decontamination,long washing cycle and large chemical consumption,a low temperature,atmospheric pressure dielectric barrier discharge(DBD)plasma was proposed to remove pigment stains from different fabrics under green and efficient way.This work studied the remove of stains from different types of fabrics using the DBD plasma technique with carotenoid stains as the analyte.Processing parameters including plasma atmosphere,treatment time and stains types were systematically investigated.The elemental information,functional groups,morphology and roughness of the fabrics after plasma treatment were analyzed by complementary characterization techniques with possible reaction mechanisms being discussed.The results reveal that DBD plasma can efficiently degrade and remove carotenoid stains without damaging the fabrics.
