Migrating rationally between regions is conducive to job match for college graduates.Taking Guangxi as an example, this paper empirically examines whether the migration of college graduates from less devel-oped regions(LDR)can promote job match based on the"survey data on employment status half a year after gradu-ation of 2020 college graduates in Guangxi".The findings are as follows:(1)On the whole, leaving the province where the university is located is not conducive to the job match of college graduates in LDR,and this conclusion is very robust;(2)compared with long-distance migration,near-distance migration has a weaker inhibitory effect on the job match of college graduates in LDR;(3)only migration to specific regions can significantly promote the job match of college graduates in LDR,and this positive effect is limited to major-job match, excluding education-job match.Accordingly, this paper puts forward two enlightenments for regional talent policy and college graduates'em-ployment policy.
