A Research on the Path to Enhance the Endogenous Development Driving Force of Rural Households out of Poverty Empowered by Digital Village—A Case Study of Luchuan County,Guangxi
Digital village construction is an important measure for the realization of comprehensive rural revi-talization and digital China.However,there are great differences in the construction of digital countryside in differ-ent regions,and the development of different villages in the same region is also unbalanced.In particular,counties out of poverty are faced with the problems of weak digital foundation and obvious regional differences in the con-struction of digital villages.The farmers out of poverty in the counties out of poverty are faced with the difficulty of increasing their income and having real opportunities for their own development.Considering the farmer out of pov-erty is an indispensable part of the construction of digital village,the activation and promotion of the endogenous development power of farmers out of poverty has become a key link for the success of rural revitalization and digi-tal village construction.In view of this,using the case study method,taking the digital village construction in Luch-uan County,Guangxi as an example,based on the new endogenous development theory,a logical framework of"sup-porting-participation-empowerment"for the digital village construction at the county level is constructed,and the path of empowering the endogenous development power of poverty-alleviation farmers by digital village construction is explored.It is believed that the digital village construction should be based on the mechanism of exogenous pro-motion from the leading force,internal and external construction from resource input,and up-down interaction from implementation strategy to activate and promote the endogenous development driving force of farmers out of poverty.
