Research on the Promoting Effect,Impact Mechanism and Strategy Optimization of Cross-Border Industrial Cooperation among Mem-ber States of the China-ASEAN Free Trade Area
This paper based on the theory of comprehensive advantage strategy,using panel data from 11 coun-tries in the China-ASEAN Free Trade Area from 2000 to 2022,and using a DID model,systematically evaluates the promoting effect of the establishment of the China-ASEAN Free Trade Area on cross-border industrial coopera-tion among member countries in 2010,and calculates the contributions of indicators such as factor endowment,tech-nological innovation,and transaction efficiency to cross-border industrial cooperation.Research has shown that the establishment of the China-ASEAN Free Trade Area has a significant promoting effect on cross-border industrial co-operation among member countries.Foreign investment,factor endowments,technological innovation,exchange effi-ciency,and other factors have promoted cross-border industrial cooperation among China-ASEAN Free Trade Area member countries,and this conclusion have passed parallel trend tests and placebo tests.Based on this,this article proposes countermeasures such as strengthening the integration of industrial chains,enhancing the smoothness and system construction of logistics supply chains,increasing the cultivation of labor resources,and improving the inno-vation system of cross-border industrial cooperation.
