摘要
为解决常规电学流量计抗电磁干扰能力差的缺点,基于卡门涡街以及光的干涉原理,针对暖通空调系统提出一种光纤法布里-珀罗型涡街流量计,该流量计利用绕流体产生周期性漩涡的特点,在流速与干涉仪输出光强之间建立联系,以光强的变化频率反映流速,实现流速传感.其中采用有限体积法对流量计进行数值模拟,合理选择出最佳检测点,并将得到的模拟数据与理论值进行分析比对,证明了该流量计设计的合理性和可行性.
Abstract
In order to solve the disadvantages of conventional electrical flowmeter resist electromagnetic interference ability,based on the Carmen vortex street and light interference principle,A fiber optic Fabry-Perot vortex flowmeter is proposed for the HVAC system,the flowmeter using the characteristics of the periodic vortex around fluid,the connec-tion between velocity and interferometer output light intensity,with the change of light intensity frequency reflect the flow rate,realize the flow rate sensing.The finite volume method is used to simulate the flowmeter,reasonably select the best detection point,and compare the simulation data with the theoretical value,which proves the rationality and feasibili-ty of the flowmeter design.
