CULTURAL ADAPTATION AND SUBJECTIVE SENSE OF HAPPINESS:A STUDY ON THE EFFECT OF COMMUNICATION,EXCHANGE AND INTEGRATION IN ETHNIC INTER-EMBEDDED COMMUNITIES:An Empirical Surney on Ethnic Minorityt Migrant Population in Beijing,Tianjing And Nangyang
Based on the survey data of Beijing,Tianjin and Nanyang,the article puts forward four general hypotheses and eight sub-hypotheses about the factors influencing the cultural adaptation and subjective sense of happiness of ethnic minority migrant populations from the four dimensions of pressure and process of cultural adap-tation,social integration and social participation.The SPSS software is used herein to conduct the reliability test and descriptive statistics on the related variables of cultural adaptation and subjective sense of happiness,respectively.The data show that the higher the level of cultural adaptation of the ethnic minority migrant population is,the stron-ger the subjective sense of happiness will be,indicating the two are positively correlated.Besides,the level of cultur-al adaptation of the ethnic minority migrant population is negatively correlated with the pressure of cultural adapta-tion and age;it is significantly affected by factors such as employment situation,marital status,language level,edu-cation level and social participation.
