国家通用语言文字教育助力民族"互嵌"格局的公共性建设

由于历史、地理、习俗等诸多原因,我国民族地区在经济、语言文化等诸多方面,区域与区域之间呈现局部性特征.随着铸牢中华民族共同体意识建设的推进,民族"互嵌"格局建设逐渐成为具有鲜明中国特色的民族关系优化模式.国家通用语言文字本身是各民族、各地区交流互鉴的产物,其刻写着不同民族地区在地理空间、文化空间、心理空间的"互嵌"状态.国家通用语言文字教育具有促成"共同富裕"的空间互嵌作用、具有培育"民族相牵"的区域文化整合作用、具有"连枝同气"的心理凝聚作用.国家通用语言文字教育助力民族"互嵌"格局的公共性建设的路径在于:完善民族互嵌的制度界面,奠定公共性建设的"物质基础";累积民族互嵌的能量场,建构共同的精神家园;搜寻民族文化体系的"共通性",培育公共性思维.
THE EDUCATION OF NATIONAL COMMON LANGUAGE AND WRITING HELPS THE COMMONALITY CONSTRUCTION OF THE ETHNIC INTER-EMBEDDED PATTERN
Due to various reasons such as history,geography,customs,local features are presented among ethnic areas in terms of economy,language and culture.With the advancement of the construction of forging a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation,the construction of the ethnic inter-embedded pattern has gradually become an optimization model of ethnic relations with distinctive Chinese characteristics.The national common language and writing themselves are the product of exchanges and mutual learning among all ethnic groups and regions,depicting the mutually embedded state of geographical space,cultural space and psychological space in different ethnic areas.The education of national common language and writing has played a role in spatial embedment that contributes to common wealth,in regional culture integration that fosters ethnic ties,and in psychological cohesion that enjoys the same ground.The education of national common language and writing facilitates the commonality construction of ethnic inter-embedded pattern,which lies in improving the institutional interface of the ethnic embedment to lay the material foundation of commonality construction,accumulating the energy for ethnic embedment to construct a common spiritual homeland,and searching for the commonality of ethnic cultural systems to cultivate public thinking.
