THE PROCESS MECHANISM AND PRACTICAL PATH OF REFINED MANAGEMENT IN DIGITALLY EMPOWERING BORDER SECURITY
To maintain the public security system,it should be started from the most basic place.The ethnic border region has been an important component of the governance system of national public security.From the per-spective of the overall nation security concept,the practical cases of border security management in Guangxi have indicated that refined management in digital empowering border security should start from such dimensions as deci-sion-making basis,management structure,mechanism operation,and governance efficiency,realize the refined man-agement process of border security from such aspects as precise planning,elaborate constructing,refined guiding,and accurate identifying,and form such modes as source governance,precise governance,open governance,and sys-tematical governance of border security.Concerning the hindering factors as the digital infrastructure,the data barri-ers,the information security,it should insist the principal line of forging a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation,strengthen the information infrastructure,coordinate multiple subjects,and eliminate security risks,so as to improve the refined management system of border security.
