A PRELIMINARY STUDY ON THE CONSTRUCTION OF SOCIAL GOVERNANCE COMMUNITY IN ETHNIC AREAS
The construction of social governance community in ethnic areas is the only way to realize the mod-ernization of ethnic areas.The theoretical logic of the construction of social governance community in ethnic areas includes the inheritance and development of Marx and Engels'thought of"Community",the insistence and innova-tion of the ancient Chinese ideological system of"Multi-Subject Governance",and the enrichment and improve-ment of the CPC's"People-Centered"ruling concept.There are many restrictive factors in the process of the con-struction of social governance community in ethnic areas,and this paper considers that to promote the modernization of ethnic areas needs to depend on the concrete supports provided by the construction of social governance commu-nity,so it is of great significance to promote the modernization of ethnic areas through studying the construction of social governance community.Only by overcoming the unfavorable factors in the process of construction of social governance community in ethnic areas and forming a benign situation of"Multi-Subject Governance and Multi-Mean Implementation",can the modernization of ethnic areas be realized.
