STUDY ON THE MULTIPLE COLLABORATIVE GOVERNANCE PATH FOR THE REVITALIZATION OF SOUTHWEST ETHNIC VILLAGES
Multi-agent collaborative governance is necessary for rural revitalization in southwest minority regions. From a practical point of view, the Party committee and government, the rural revitalization task force, and the ethnic villages are the three key actors in rural revitalization, and the complementary advantages and coupling synergy between different actors have generated a strong synergy to promote rural revitalization in minority regions.Among them, the Party committee and government play a leading role, which is reflected in coordinating the devel-opment of urban and rural economy, focusing on the follow-up effect of project implementation, promoting the pros-perity of rural industries, establishing a long-term mechanism of external assistance, and giving play to the incentive role of agricultural subsidies. The rural revitalization task force plays a connecting role, which is reflected in under-standing and deeply integrating into the rural society, improving the ability to serve the people, doing a good job in the construction of rural grass-roots organizations, improving the feasibility of post-rich groups, and giving full play to the internal and external connection.Ethnic villages play an endogenous role, which is reflected in supporting assistance cadres in carrying out work, giving full play to the leading role of village elites, releasing the economic potential of traditional culture, stimulating the main role of village elites, releasing the potentials of traditional cul-ture in promoting economic development, inspiring local people to play the main role and establishing and improving the mechanism of interest linkage. All these forces are mobilized to accelerate the revitalization of ethnic villages in Southwest China and provide reference for other regions.
