RESEARCH ON THE COORDINATED LEGISLATION OF ETHNIC REGIONS UNDER THE CONSTRUCTION OF FULL-PROCESS PEOPLE'S DEMOCRACY
The current time is a period of vigorous development of regional collaborative legislation.However,as a new thing in the field of local legislation,the promotion of regional collaborative legislation still faces some prob-lems,such as the limited role of legislation in promoting the economy,the lack of collaborative legislation in ethnic regions,the lack of supervision over legislative agreements and legislative regulations,the interest game among vari-ous regions,and the stagnation of public participation.On the basis of discussing the reality and feasibility of the collaborative legislation in ethnic regions,this paper constructs full-process people's democratic participation in the collaborative legislation in ethnic regions,promotes the collaborative legislation in the economic field,establishes the interest compensation mechanism,improves the legislative evaluation mechanism,improves the supervision mecha-nism,and promotes multi-participation in the collaborative legislation,so as to promote the rapid development of collaborative legislation in ethnic regions.
