THE TRACE OF HELOU DANCE IN NANJIANG RIVER:AN INTERTEXTUAL STUDY BETWEEN THE GUANGDONG-GUANGXI MARITIME SILK ROAD AND THE YAO PEOPLE'S MEMORY OF"HE"
As the"living fossil"of Nanjiang culture,Helou Dance is a national intangible cultural heritage.It shows the history of Yao people's living in the Nanjiang River Basin,and also records the outstanding contribution of many ethnic groups including Yao people to the development and evolution of multi-ethnic communities formed in western Guangdong and even south of the Five Ridges.Helou dance is an important cultural symbol of god worship in Nanjiang,and also an important relic of the evolution of ethnic groups in Nanjiang under the Guangdong-Guangxi Maritime Silk Road.To explore the trace of the god"He"in Helou dance,research about life history of Yao people in Nanjiang and its memory of the god"He"has been used to explore the outlook of the god"He"as well as how the life history of Yao people in Nanjiang has been reflected in Helou dance as a cultural symbol of multi-ethnic group.This plays an important role in the inheritance and development of Helou dance,and what's more,research about Helou dance under the vision of Guangdong-Guangxi maritime silk road also has great practical significance for the research about the history of multi-ethnic interaction,exchange and integration.
