THE DIMENSION OF COLLECTIVE MEMORY IN FORGING THE STRONG SENSE OF COMMUNITY FOR THE CHINESE NATION:Based on the Diachronic,Synchronic,Immediate Construction of Collective Memory
As the organic unity of instrumental rationality and value rationality,collective memory is an impor-tant psychological symbol of the solid foundation identity,which can stimulate the emotional resonance of group members,strengthen the emotional identity,cultural identity and national identity,being an important medium to forge the strong sense of community for the Chinese nation.Collective memory has three sequences:diachronic,synchronic and immediate.Diachronic collective memory is not only the nostalgia for the past,the feeling for the reality,but also the expectation for the future.Synchronic collective memory includes symbolic memory,episodic memory and value memory.Immediate collective memory is the resonance of group members for current events,prompting group members to jointly recall,share and discuss related history and experiences.Collective memory gives group members the responsibility and mission to maintain the community.The collective memory of the Chinese nation represents the reappearance and sharing of memory by all nationalities.Therefore,it is necessary to rebuild the collective memory of the Chinese nation based on the three sequences of collective memory,and provide a good social atmosphere for forging a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation.
