[目的]探讨壳聚糖与亚铁络合制备壳聚糖亚铁配合物的最佳条件,为壳聚糖亚铁配合物在降低卷烟主流烟气中CO的应用研究提供理论依据。[方法]研究不同制备条件(Fe2+初始浓度、体系pH、络合时间、壳聚糖用量)对壳聚糖亚铁配合物生成量的影响,寻求最佳制备条件。[结果]当Fe2+的浓度15。0 mg/mL,体系pH 2。5~3。0,搅拌1。0 h,静置反应4。0 h,壳聚糖用量0。1g时,壳聚糖对Fe2+的吸附量最大,可达523 mg/g。[结论]将壳聚糖与亚铁络合制备成壳聚糖亚铁配合物应用在卷烟滤嘴上可降低卷烟主流烟气中CO含量。
Preparation of chitosan ferrous composition
[Objective]The best combination condition of chitosan and -Fe2+ to prepare chitosan ferrous composition was studied to provide theoretical references for reducing CO in the mainstream smoke of cigarette. [ Method ]The initial concentration of the ferrous, the pH value of system, reaction time and the dosage of chitosan were devised to investigate their effects on the quality of chitosan ferrous composition so that the optimum conditions could be identified. [Result] When the initial concentration of the ferrous was 15 mg/mL, the pH value of system was 2.5-3.0, stirring duration 1 hour, reaction time 4 hours and the usage of chitosan 0.1 g, the maximum quantity of chitosan ferrous composition could reach 523 mg/g. [Conclusion]It is viable to use chitosan ferrous composition to cut CO in the smoke.
