春兰种苗繁育及开花调控研究进展

主要从种苗繁育和花期调控角度综述了春兰目前的研究状况.在种苗繁育方面,从种子选择、种子预处理方法、萌发培养基及共生萌发真菌角度总结了春兰种子萌发技术;从外植体的选择和消毒方式、培养基配方及培养条件角度总结了春兰根状茎培养及芽分化技术.在花期调控方面,总结了花芽分化及催花技术.目前对春兰种子与其共生真菌的萌发机制、组培苗生根及移栽技术的研究报道较少,有关其成花的生理生化及分子机制研究报道更少,因此今后各研究机构应加强对这些领域的研究,以期为春兰商业化栽培提供技术参考.
Progress on seedling propagation and flowering regulation of Cymbidium goeringii
The research status of Cymbidium goeringii was reviewed from the views of seedling breeding and flowering regulation in present study.With respect to seedling breeding,the seed germination technology of C.goeringii were summarized from the aspects of seed choice,seed pretreatment method,culture medium for germination,and symbiotic fungal.And the rhizome cultivation and bud differentiation technology of C.goeringii were also summarized from the aspects of explant's choice and disinfection techniques,culture medium formula and culture conditions.Inaddition,the floral differentiation and flower forcing were summarized with respect to flowering regulation.At present,there were few researches on the germination mechanisms of seed and symbiotic fungi,rooting and transplanting techniques of plantlet in vitro,while there were fewer researches on the physiology and biochemistry and molecular mechanism of floral formation.In future,these research fields should be strengthened to supply technical references for commercial cultivation of C.goeringii.
