Diffusion dynamic of Lasiodiplodia theobromae conidia causing grapevine canker in Guilin area
[Objective]The growth and decline rule of of Lasiodiplodia theobromae conidia causing grapevine canker was investigated in Guilin area,in order to provide scientific basis for making control strategy of grapevine canker.[Method]The slide adhesion method was used to monitor diffusion dynamic of L.theobromae conidia in vineyard of Guilin area. And the relationships between diffusion dynamic of conidia and both phenophase of grapevine and meteorological factors were analyzed, respectively.[Result]The results showed that L.theobromae conidia began to appear in early May in Guilin area, and its epidemic peak period was from later June to middle July, while the population quantity of L.theobromae conidia declined quickly from later July to later August, and the L.theobromae conidia could not be captured at all after later September. In addition, the growth and decline of L.theobromae conidia was closely related to grapevine phenophase, rainfall and temperature.[Conclusion]The emergence period of L.theobromae conidia in vineyard of Guilin area is from May to September, and the key period of initial control for grapevine canker is in early May in Guilin area.
