以桉木屑为主料的秀珍菇栽培配方筛选

[目的]筛选以桉木屑为主料的秀珍菇栽培配方,为桉木屑无害化处理及资源化利用提供参考依据.[方法]以桉木屑50.0%、麦麸10.0%、石灰3.0%、石膏1.0%和过磷酸钙1.0%为基础培养基,分别添加35.0%棉籽壳、玉米芯、桑枝屑及甘蔗渣,设置4个秀珍菇出菇试验配方,进行菌丝生长情况、子实体产量、生物学效率和经济效益比较分析.[结果]添加桑枝屑的配方综合表现最理想,其生物学效率为72.5%、投产比为1∶1.96,可明显降低秀珍菇栽培原料成本,提高经济效益;添加棉籽壳的配方生物学效率达74.2%,但其成本过高,投产比仅1∶1.65;添加甘蔗渣的配方生物学效率较低,为65.3%,但其成本最低,投产比最高,为1∶1.99;添加玉米芯的配方表现最差,生物学效率和投产比均最低,分别为62.1%和1∶1.60.[结论]桉木屑加桑枝屑配方可作为秀珍菇高产高效的本地化原料栽培配方在广西各食用菌栽培区推广应用.
Screening for cultivation medium formula of Pleurotus pulmonarius with eucalyptus sawdust as main material
[Objective]The optimal medium formula with eucalyptus sawdust as main material for cultivation of Pleurotus pulmonarius was screened,in order to provide theoretical basis for harmless treatment and recycling application of eucalyptus sawdust.[Method]The mushroom experiment was conducted with four cultivation medium formulas of P.pulmonarius.35% cotton seed hull,corncob,mulberry sawdust,bagasse were added into basal culture medium(50.0% eucalyptus sawdust+10.0% wheat bran+3.0% lime+1.0% gypsum+1.0% superphosphate),respectively.During experiment period,the mycelial growth,sporocarp production,biological efficiency and economic benefits of different formulas were analyzed comparatively.[Result]The results showed that,the cultivation medium supplemented with eucalyptus sawdust had the best comprehensive performance,and reduced material cost,enhanced economic benefits remarkably,with biological efficiency of 72.5%,and input-output ratio of 1∶1.96.The cultivation medium supplemented with cotton seed hull had biological efficiency of 74.2%,input-output ratio of 1∶1.65 because of its higher cost.The cultivation medium supplemented with bagasse had biological efficiency of 65.3%,input-output ratio of 1∶1.99,due to its the lowest cost.However,the cultivation medium supplemented with corncob had the worst comprehensive performance,with biological efficiency of 62.1% and input-output ratio of 1∶1.60.[Conclusion]Eucalyptus sawdust mixed with mulberry sawdust could be used as local material formula for high-yield and high-efficiency cultivation of P.pulmonarius,which should be applied and popularized in edible fungi cultivation regions of Guangxi.
