摘要

[目的]对韭菜种质资源农艺性状及品质性状进行遗传多样性分析,为韭菜种质资源鉴定、评价和创新提供参考依据.[方法]从我国各地搜集韭菜种质资源73份,调查分析11个数量性状、4个质量性状和4个品质性状并对上述性状进行遗传多样性及聚类分析.[结果]73份种质资源农艺性状的遗传背景较为丰富.其中,叶片厚度和叶片叶绿素含量的遗传多样性指数(H')在所有性状中最高.4个品质性状中H'最高的为可溶性蛋白质含量,纤维素含量的遗传变异最大.韭菜的株高与单株重量、叶片长度、叶片宽度和假茎长度呈极显著正相关(P<0.01).株高、叶片叶绿素含量、叶片厚度、叶片光泽度及单株重量等农艺性状对韭菜品质性状有较大影响.产量与农艺性状间的典型相关系数为0.763,其中株高、叶片长度和单株叶片数对韭菜产量具有重要作用.主成分分析发现第一因子主分量是叶片长度.遗传差异分析可将其分为6个类群,其中第Ⅳ类群单株重较重,叶片长度较长,叶片叶绿素含量较高,可作为丰产型育种材料;第Ⅴ类群株高较大,株形夹角较小,光泽度较高,可用来选育直立型韭菜品种.[结论]73份韭菜资源农艺性状和品质性状具有丰富的变异,可综合其农艺性状和品质性状进行种质资源利用和创新.

Abstract

[Objective]The genetic diversity of agronomic characters and quality characters of Chinese chive re-sources was analyzed in order to provide reference for identification,evaluation and innovation of chive resources.[Method]A total of 73 Chinese chive resources were collected from all over China,11 quantitative traits,4 qualitative traits and 4 quality traits were investigated and analyzed.The genetic diversity and cluster analysis of these traits were car-ried out.[Result]The genetic background of agronomic traits of 73 Chinese chive resources was rich.The genetic diver-sity index of leaf thickness and leaf chlorophyll content was the highest among all traits.Among the four quality traits,the highest H'was soluble protein content,and the genetic variation of cellulose content was the highest.The plant height of Chinese chive was extremely significant positive correlation with plant weight,leaf length,leaf width and pseudostem length(P<0.01).Agronomic characters such as plant height,leaf chlorophyll content,leaf thickness,leaf gloss and plant weight had great influence on the quality traits of Chinese chive.The typical correlation coefficient between yield and ag-ronomic traits was 0.763,in which plant height,leaf length and number of leaves per plant played an important role in the yield of Chinese chive.The principal component analysis found that the first principal component was blade length.The genetic difference analysis can divide them into 6 groups,among which group Ⅳ can be used as high-yield breeding mate-rials because of its heavier plant weight,longer leaf length and higher leaf chlorophyll content.The Ⅴ group has larger plant height,smaller plant shape and higher gloss,which can be used for breeding upright type Chinese chive varieties.[Conclusion]The agronomic characters and quality characters of 73 leek resources had abundant variation,and the germ-plasm resources could be utilized and innovated by integrating the agronomic characters and quality characters.
