摘要
[目的]研究叶用芥菜主要农艺性状的配合力,为加快叶用芥菜新选不育系应用及强优势杂交组合选育提供理论依据.[方法]以4个叶用芥菜不育系稳定株系美宽A、台宽A、大芥A和明长A为母本,3个宽柄芥自交系V0331、V0332、V0333为父本,按不完全双列杂交配制12个杂交组合,对其11个农艺性状进行配合力方差分析,并估算基因型方差贡献率和遗传率.[结果]芥菜杂交组合间存在真实的遗传差异,不育系和自交系11个主要农艺性状的一般配合力方差均达显著(P<0.05)或极显著(P<0.01,下同)水平,除株幅外其他性状特殊配合力方差均达极显著水平.通过对配合力相对效应值的分析,筛选出不育系台宽A、明长A和自交系V0331为优秀亲本;推选出3个优势的组合美宽A×V0333、明长A×V0333和台宽A×V0331.父本都是宽柄芥类型的情况下,芥菜杂交组合的株高、株幅、叶长、叶柄长、叶柄宽、中肋宽和叶片数7个性状的表型主要取决于芥菜不育系的遗传;叶宽、叶柄厚、中肋厚和单株产量4个性状则主要受父本自交系的影响.11个主要农艺性状的广义遗传率均达70%以上;叶柄长、中肋宽、叶长、中片数、叶柄宽、单株产量、中肋厚、株幅和叶柄厚9个性状的狭义遗传率均大于55%,加性遗传效应大,育种上可在低世代进行选择;株高和叶宽的狭义遗传率分别为27.41%和35.74%,受环境和双亲互作影响大,育种上适宜在高世代选择.[结论]台宽A和明长A是较理想的不育系亲本,可扩大组合配制加以利用;组合美宽A×V0333、明长A×V0333和台宽A×V0331为优势组合,具有良好的利用价值,建议进一步进行区域试验.
Abstract
[Objective]In order to speed up the application of new male sterile lines and the breeding of strong hetero-sis crosses in leaf mustard.[Method]Four CMS lines Meikuan A、Taikuan A、Dajie A、Mingchang Awereas female parent and three inbred linesV0331、V0332、V0333 were as male parent,incomplete diallel cross design was used to group with twelve hybrid combinations.The eleven main agronomic traits were analyzed in combining ability,and genetic parameters were estimated.[Result]There were real genetic differences among the cross combinations of B.juncea,The variances of general combining ability of 11 main agronomic traits of sterile lines and inbred lines were significant(P<0.05)or ex-tremely significant(P<0.01,the same below).The variance of special combining ability(SCA)of hybrid combinations was very significant except plant width.Through the analysis of the relative effect of combining ability,the male sterile line Taikuan A,mingchanga A and inbred line V0331 were selected as excellent parents The combination of three advan-tages,n width a×V0333,bright length a×V0333 and Taiwan width a×V0331,was selected.In the case of the male parent is broad-stem mustard type,the phenotypes of plant height,plant width,leaf length,petiole length,petiole width,middle rib width and leaf number of mustard hybrids were mainly determined by the inheritance of mustard male sterile lines Leaf width,petiole thickness,middle rib thickness and yield per plant were mainly affected by inbred lines.The general herita-bility of 11 main agronomic traits was more than 70%The narrow sense heritability of 9 traits,namely,petiole length,mid-rib width,leaf length,mid-leaf number,petiole width,yield per plant,mid-rib thickness,plant width and petiole thickness,was more than 55%,the narrow sense heritability of plant height and leaf width were 27.41%and 35.74%,respectively.The two traits were greatly influenced by environment and the interaction between parents,breeding is suitable for high generation selection.[Conclusion]Taikuan A and Mingchang A are ideal parents of CMS lines,which can be used by ex-panding the combination.Meikuan a×V0333,Mingchang a×V0333 and taikuan a×V0331 are the dominant combinations,it is suggested that further regional test should be carried out.
