Research on cost control for the whole Life cycle of water conservancy project
The whole life cycle cost control of water conservancy project is complex,professional and comprehensive.With the continuous increase of investment in water conservancy projects in China,cost control issues emerge at various stages;overestimating the final account and increasing the cost often occur.According to the concept of cost control throughout the entire lifecycle of water conservancy project,the author analyzed the construction characteris-tics of water conservancy project,identified the problems existing at various stages by method combining theory and technical measures,studied the direction of cost control,proposed the countermeasures for strengthening cost control at each stage and each construction procedure,so as to make full use of limited investments to create greater value.
