Application of hyperspectral remote sensing in natural resources survey andmonitoring
The authors present the service and application of hyperspectral remote sensing in natural resources sur-vey and monitoring.An introduction was made on the basic principles and technical characteristics of hyperspectral remote sensing,including hyperspectral data acquisition and processing,hyperspectral types and feature recogni-tion,etc.The authors focus on the application of hyperspectral remote sensing in the investigation of different natu-ral resources,including vegetation cover,land use and land cover,water resources,mineral resources,etc.In addi-tion,the advantages and limitations of hyperspectral remote sensing in natural resources survey were discussed.
