Current status and countermeasures of planned water management in Guilin City
Guilin City has implemented planned water management since the late 1980s.Through continuous devel-opment and improvement,a basic planned water management system has been established,but still has some prob-lems such as imperfect regulations and supporting policies,the construction of the management team urgently needs to be strengthened,difficulties in issuing water use plans according to quotas,water users have weak awareness of using water according to the plan etc.Relevant countermeasure suggestions were put forward to solve these prob-lems.Through the implementation of these countermeasures,the planned water management level is able to be im-proved effectively in Guilin City,so as to realize sustainable utilization and development of water resources.
