黑水河流域梯级水电站集约化运营效益分析

分析了现阶段小水电在发电与运营方面存在的问题.根据黑水河流域梯级小水电改造情况,分析了开展集约化运营的可行性.考虑入注流量的不确定性,基于随机机会约束规划方法构建了集约化运营发电收益计算模型,定量分析了那岸、上利、格强、中军潭、新和、农本6座梯级水电站在该运营模式下的月内经济效益提升情况.最后,根据碳减量探讨了集约化运营模式在生态环境方面的作用.计算结果表明,与传统运营模式相比,集约化运营能够有效优化小水电机组出力,提升总体发电经济效益的同时促进流域周边生态效益的发展.
Analysis of intensive operation benefits of cascade hydropower stations in Heishui River Basin
Analysis was made on the problems existing in current power generation and operation of small hydropow-er stations.According to the upgrading conditions of cascade small hydropower stations in Heishui River Basin,the author analyzed the feasibility of intensive operation.Taking into consideration the uncertainty of inflow,a power generation benefit calculation model of intensive operation was set up based on stochastic chance constrained pro-gramming method,and quantitative analysis was made on the monthly economic benefit improvement of six cascade hydropower stations under intensive operation mode including Naan,Shangli,Geqiang,Zhongjuntan,Xinhe,Nong-ben.The effect of intensive operation mode on ecological environment was discussed according to carbon reduction.The results of calculation demonstrate that compared with traditional operation mode,intensive operation can effec-tively optimize the unit output and improve the overall power generation economic benefits while promoting develop-ment of ecological benefits surrounding the river basin.
