Problems and suggestions of agricultural water fee collection in Wusijiang Reservoir irrigation zone
Agriculture is a big user of water and a major beneficiary of water conservancy projects.Water conservan-cy security is directly related to food security.Whether the funds for maintenance of water conservancy engineering facilities are sufficient affects the quality of agricultural water supply.Doing a good job in collecting agricultural wa-ter fees can alleviate the pressure of funds for the maintenance of water conservancy facilities provide better water supply service,and better safeguard the rights and interests of agricultural water users.An introduction was made on the problems existing in agricultural water fee collection in Wusijiang Reservoir irrigation zone,based on which corresponding suggestions were put forward.
