引水隧洞塌方段综合支护技术研究与应用

分析了左江治旱驮英水库及灌区工程驮楼~广沙隧洞在开挖过程中出现的塌方问题,认为其主要原因为复杂地质条件下的岩层破碎带和支护不足.为确保施工安全,提出了综合支护技术方案,包括堆渣堵孔护坡、围岩变形监测、大小管棚支护、钢拱架支护、塌方清运、底板软基清理及垫层混凝土施工和回填灌浆等.通过循环进尺施工方法,有效控制了施工过程中的安全性和稳定性,确保了工程的顺利进行.
Study and application of comprehensive support technology for collapse in diversion tunnel
Collapse occurred during the excavation of Tuolou-Guangsha tunnel of Tuoying Reservoir Irrigation Zone Project.The results of analysis demonstrate the major causes are the rock fracture zone and insufficient support un-der complex geological conditions.To ensure construction safety,a comprehensive support technical scheme was proposed,including slope protection by debris blocking,surrounding rock deformation monitoring,large and small pipe shelf support,steel arch support,collapse clearance,soft foundation cleaning of the floor,cushion concrete con-struction and backfill groutingetc.By the cyclic footage construction method,the safety and stability during the con-struction process were effectively controlled,ensuring the smooth progress of the project.
