Investment calculation for Datengxia Hydraulic Complex due to adjustment of land compensation standard
The land compensation investment was calculated according to two alternatives,one is the File Guiguotuzi-fa[2015]No.89(scheme I),another is the above mentioned file combined with long-term compensation(scheme II).The calculation period for the land adopting long-term compensation is until 2025.The land that adopts one-time compensation shall be compensated according to the compensation standards specified in the File Guiguotuzifa[2015]No.89.The calculation results were compared with the land compensation investment calculated at the pre-liminary design stage,with the investments of scheme I and scheme II increasing 922.9892 million yuan and 214.5206 million yuan respectively.Scheme II was recommended.
