An introduction was made on the background of implementing the management measures for soil and wa-ter conservation plans of production and construction projects.On the basis of sorting out the requirements for the preparation of relevant soil and water conservation plans,the author analyzed the specific design contents of the soil and water conservation plan and waste disposal site for Guangxi Water Resources Allocation Project around Beibu Gulf,proposed the plans of reducing waste,comprehensive utilization,waste disposal site selection and protection etc.
