Summary of experience in Guangxi agricultural water price comprehensive reform and suggestions
With regard to the agricultural water price comprehensive reform in Guangxi,the author made an introduc-tion on the progress of reform,summarized the experience in reform,analyzed the situation and problem of reform,and put forward suggestions from four aspects of total agricultural water consumption control and quota management mechanism,agricultural water price formation mechanism,precise subsidy and water-saving award mechanism,proper management and protection mechanism of farmland water conservancy works.
