浮游植物自动识别技术与人工镜检结果对比分析

本文对大王滩水库3个水质监测点的水样进行藻类自动识别技术与人工镜检法的对比分析,证实了利用光学图像自动识别系统的可行性.但其识别的种类还很有限,而且主要是一些个体较大或群体状的浮游植物,对于丝状藻类及个体较小的浮游植物的识别还不够准确,结果还需人为进行订正.建议建立广西浮游植物数据图库,并在未来一定时间内不断完善本土数据库信息,才能在自动化检测中减少误差.
Comparative analysis of testing results by phytoplankton automatic identification technology and manual microscopy method
The water samples from three water quality monitoring sites of Dawangtan Reservoir were tested by algae automatic identification technology and manual microscopy method.The testing results were compared and ana-lyzed,which proves the feasibility of applying optical image automatic recognition system,but the types of recogni-tion are still very limited.It is mainly able to identify larger individual or group phytoplankton.Its identification of filamentous algae and smaller phytoplankton is not accurate enough,and the results need to be revised manually.It is suggested to establish a phytoplankton map database of Guangxi,and continuously improve the local database in-formation in the future for a certain period of time,so as to reduce the error of automatic test.
