Simulation analysis and research on hydraulic transient guarantee process of hydropower station
Taking the design of Nam Ngum 1 Hydropower Station in Laos as an example,a simulation calculation model of hydraulic transient guarantee process was established combined with the basic parameters of this power station,so as to study the hydraulic transient process and ensure the safety of turbine generator units.Numerical cal-culations for large oscillations under multiple different operating conditions were conducted.The layout model of this power station is composed of three units connected with one water conveyance pipe without surge shaft due to special geological conditions.Simulation analysis of this model was conducted by use of MATLAB tool.The most unfavorable operation condition was identified.The guide vane closing law and pressure rise law that meet the speci-fications were formulated.The consistency between simulation calculation data of hydraulic transient regulation guarantee process and real machine test data is good.
