新工法在武思江水库防渗墙施工中的应用

部分采用二序法施工的数塑性混凝土防渗墙,极易在大坝中部深槽部位的防渗墙体与大坝土体之间产生纵向裂缝,有些项目裂缝宽达20 cm.为解决此类问题,武思江水库工程大坝体塑性混凝土防渗墙在总结多个项目的基础上,提出尝试采用"分段开槽,单边行走"的施工新工法,有效解决了在槽孔土体挖掘或槽孔混凝土浇筑过程中,相邻两期槽孔之间施工相距过近,致使坝体因劈裂破坏或被混凝土挤穿产生槽孔连通等问题,取得了较好的效果.
Application of new construction method in cutoff wall construction of Wusijiang Reservoir
For some plastic concrete cutoff walls constructed by two-step method,longitudinal cracks are prone to oc-cur between the cutoff wall and the dam soil in the deep groove of the middle of dam.Some projects even have seen cracks with a width up to 20cm.In order to solve this problem,based on a summarization of the experience of multi-ple projects,during the construction of plastic concrete cutoff wall for the main dam of Wusijiang Reservoir,the new construction method of"segmented slotting and single-sided walking"was adopted for trial,which effectively avoid that in the course of slotted hole soil excavation or slotted hole concrete pouring,the construction distance between adjacent two phases of slotted holes is too close,which may cause the dam body is damaged by splitting or is pene-trated by concrete,resulting in slotted hole connections.
