Installation and construction technology of submerged radial gate at bottom outlet
Taking the installation of the radial gate at the dam bottom outlet of a hydropower station as an example,the author presents the construction technology and process flow before and after the installation of the submerged radial gate.A detailed introduction is made on the installation steps,quality control key points and control stan-dards of various embedded parts,support hinges,support arms and gate body.The relationship between the maxi-mum weight and lifting radius of the main components of the radial gate and the main performance of construction crane is analyzed,and the lifting timing of each component of the radial gate is proposed,which can effectively im-prove the installation quality and solve the cross-construction contradiction.
