随着无人机技术和人工智能算法的不断发展,将其应用于水库管理中,可进一步提高水库信息化管理水平.无人机具备全覆盖式水库巡检和及时发现异常及险情的能力,采用无人机技术以及人工智能算法代替人工巡检,实时处理无人机回传画面、大坝监控画面,自动识别库区人员行为和大坝险情并及时跟随和劝阻人员和险情上报与预警,引导专家开展应急工作,巡检过程能够动态规划路线,覆盖人工巡查无法观测的部位,干扰探测与空域监测,进一步提升了水库的安全运行能力.
Design and study of air-ground integrated intelligent inspection system
With the continuous development of UAV technology and artificial intelligence algorithms,their applica-tion in reservoir management can further improve the level of reservoir information management.UAV has the abili-ty of full-coverage reservoir inspection and timely detection of anomalies and dangerous situations.The utilization of UAV technology and artificial intelligence algorithm instead of manual inspection permits real-time processing of UAV feedback images and dam monitoring images,automatic identification of the behavior of personnel in reservoir area and dam danger,timely following and dissuading the personnel,promptly reporting danger and alarm,guiding the experts to start emergency work,dynamic planning of inspection route,covering the positions where manual in-spection is impossible,interference of detection and airspace monitoring,so as to further improve the safe operation capability of reservoir.
