Research on the Intelligent Librarian Q&A Service System Based on Tongyi Qianwen Large Language Model
The research and development of the Intelligent Librarian Q&A Service System aims to enhance the quality and efficiency of library information services by integrating the advanced Tongyi Qianwen large language model(LLM).The study found that utilizing AI LLMs not only enables rapid responses to routine queries but also effectively handles complex multi-step problems,guiding users to ob-tain the information they need in stages.To optimize system performance,particularly for handling high-concurrency requests and re-source utilization issues,the research proposes an elastic deployment strategy combining cloud computing and local computing.This ap-proach reduces hardware investment costs while enhancing system flexibility and scalability,providing sustainable support for promoting the Intelligent Librarian Q&A Service System.Furthermore,for the integration of models and data,it is necessary to strictly differen-tiate based on the characteristics of the data and adopt different approaches such as fine-tuning,external knowledge base integration,or system message configuration.This reduces the operational costs of the models and enhances their reliability.The research also empha-sizes the importance of constructing knowledge bases and advocates active participation from all colleges and departments within univer-sities to ensure continuous improvement of the knowledge bases.This helps meet the personalized needs of faculty and students in learning and research while reducing model hallucinations.Through constant testing and optimization,the Intelligent Librarian Q&A Service System is expected to achieve more intelligent services in the future,providing users with more individualized experiences.
