摘要
作为一种新型高温低弧垂倍容量导线,铝包殷钢芯超耐热铝合金导线已成为南方电网公司招标产品.简述了该类导线的性能特点.重点介绍了14% IACS铝包殷钢芯超耐热铝合金导线的研制过程,包括铝包殷钢单线的选材、包覆工艺和双金属拉丝工艺,超耐热铝合金单线的配方、热处理工艺.试制的14%IACS铝包殷钢芯超耐热铝合金导线通过了我国电力相关部门检测,满足了南方电网公司招标文件技术要求,可替代部分进口同类型产品.
Abstract
As a new type of high-temperature low-sag (HTLS) and double-capacity conductor,super heatresistant aluminium alloy conductor with aluminium-clad invar steel reinforced has been chosen as bidding product by China Southern Power Grid Company Limited.The characteristics of the conductor are briefly introduced.The manufacturing process of the 14% IACS super heat-resistant aluminium-clad invar steel reinforced aluminium alloy conductor is mainly introduced,including material choice and cladding process of the aluminium-clad invar steel single wire,bimetal drawing process,and ingredients and heat treatment process of super heat-resistant aluminium alloy single wire.The developed conductor has passed the tests by the national power related department,and meets the bidding specifications of China Southern Power Grid Company Limited and can replace part of the imported products of the same type.
